Pro Baseball Experience

Since 1994 we continue to provide our participants with Maine's best opportunity for professional coaching.  Participants join other players in proven challenging mental and physical workouts.  Our coaches explain how and encourage you to set

reachable goals to improve your baseball or softball abilities with proven instruction tactics and quality repetitions. During our programs, participants experience and execute practice sessions formulated based on professional and college workouts.  The progressive workouts include a systematic warm-up focusing on arm care and injury prevention, station-to-station fundamental workouts, and

simulated live games.

We realize it is a goal of many players in Maine to continue playing baseball or softball at a higher level. There are vast opportunities to play after high school with 400 d3 programs alone and 11 throughout the state. If this is your goal, our program is a MUST to put you on that path.
